Molten Jaw draws inspiration from the boundless attitude and energy of classic 90s action cartoons. Combining colourful, stylised graphics with intense combat and charismatic characters, Molten Jaw aims to capture the feeling of being a powerful mutant outlaw in a world where you must face off against ruthless criminal bosses who have carved up the territory and are spreading terror.

A World of Mutants and Mayhem

The world of Molten Jaw has been transformed by Fosium, a mysterious radioactive substance that mutates everything it touches.

Among the ruins of civilization, dinosaur and shark mercenaries fight for survival, power, and reputation while criminal syndicates battle for control of the wasteland.

Building the game I wanted to play

Molten Jaw is an independent game project created and developed by a solo developer with a passion for classic platformers, action games, and the larger-than-life attitude of 90s cartoons.

Inspired by games like Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, and the unforgettable action cartoons of the era, Molten Jaw is a personal effort to create the kind of game that feels increasingly rare today: colorful, character-driven, skill-focused, and unapologetically fun.

Every system, level, enemy, and boss is designed with a focus on replayability, mastery, and memorable gameplay.
